Thank you for choosing Sellrise AI (“we”, “our”, “us”).
This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which refunds may be considered for your subscription to our software and digital services.
1. General Policy (No Refunds for Digital Services)
All purchases of digital products, software subscriptions, and usage-based services are final and non-refundable.
Because our product provides immediate access to digital features, automation tools, integrations, and usage-based resources, we do not offer refunds for:
subscription fees (monthly or annual),
partial subscription periods,
unused features,
unused dialogue credits,
automatic renewals,
onboarding, setup, or implementation work.
2. Billing Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:
manage your subscription,
cancel before your next billing cycle,
monitor renewal dates.
If you do not cancel before renewal, charges for the next billing period cannot be refunded.
3. Exceptions (Rare and Reviewed Individually)
In rare cases, we may consider a refund request only if:
duplicate payments were made due to a technical issue, or
the customer was incorrectly charged due to an error on our side.
All requests must be submitted to support@sellrise.ai within 7 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion.
4. Service Performance & Expectations
We do not guarantee:
specific business results,
lead quality,
revenue outcomes,
performance levels of third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Telegram, OpenAI, etc.)
Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on performance-related expectations.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support may result in:
suspension of your account,
permanent loss of access to the platform,
additional verification requirements.
We encourage customers to contact us before requesting any chargeback.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused period.
