This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund for your subscription to our software and digital services.
14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
This applies to:
new subscription purchases,
subscription renewals,
digital service access fees.
After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds.
Subscriptions & Billing Responsibility
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund.
To receive a refund, you must submit a request within the 14-day refund window.
Service Expectations
Our software is provided on an “as-is” basis.
Results may vary depending on usage and third-party platform performance.
The 14-day refund window remains the only refund period available.
Chargebacks
If you have any issues with your subscription or billing, please contact us first at support@sellrise.ai.
Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in delays in processing and restrictions to your account.
