Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sellrise.ai ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are liable for all activity under it.

Subscription & Payments

Pricing plans and available features are described at sellrise.ai/pricing.

• The "Launch Credit" plan is a one-time purchase with a limit of 50 conversations.

• Monthly plans (Social Seller, Smart Seller, Enterprise) are subscription-based.

• Upgrades may be required when chat limits are reached.
  Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

Definition of Conversation

A "conversation" is defined as one unique chat session between the AI and an end user, including all messages within a continuous interaction flow. If the same user returns later for a new issue, it may count as a new session.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, abusive content, or illegal activities.

• Interfere with the operation or integrity of the platform.
  Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, content, designs, algorithms,

and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Sellrise Limited.

Integrations & Support Tiers

Depending on your subscription:

• Channels supported: WhatsApp, Instagram DM, TikTok, Telegram, Web Widgets.

• Integrations may include: Google Sheets, Shopify, Calendly, Zapier, Custom CRM.

• Support levels: Basic, Priority, Dedicated Manager (for Enterprise).

• AI Logic: Varies by tier – from simple Q&A to advanced personalized workflows.

Availability & Changes

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellrise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
