This page states plainly what data the product touches, because a buyer evaluating a vendor should not have to guess.
Who we are
- This website is run by INVENTIX LTD, 11 Church Road, Great Bookham, Surrey, KT23 3PB, United Kingdom. Questions about personal data go to hello@sellrise.ai.
What we receive from an operator
- We work with a player identifier and four tables: players, deposits, bets and sessions. That is the whole input the models need.
- Names, phone numbers and email addresses are optional. They are passed only if the operator sends messages or makes calls through Sellrise.
Where the data is stored
- Each client's data is kept in a separate database on Sellrise's side and is not mixed with other clients. Integration is at our own cost.
What this website collects
- The site uses Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used. Both record usage of the website itself and are unrelated to operator data.
- Advertising tags (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta) set cookies only after you accept them in the cookie notice. Until then Google receives only cookieless signals. The tags tell us which ad brought a visit or a request.
- The site remembers your cookie choice and the ad campaign parameters of your visit in your browser, so a request says which campaign it came from. You can clear them in your browser settings.
- If you send a request through the form, we receive what you typed into it and your contact address, and use it to answer you.
