Smartico and Sellrise solve different primary problems. This page lays out the difference in approach so you can match the tool to what you actually need first.
We only state facts about Sellrise. For each axis we say how Sellrise works and what to ask any vendor, so you can compare on your own terms.
Sellrise works on top of your platform. Four tables by Player ID, integration at our cost, storage on your infrastructure, live in days if the platform provides the data. Nothing to migrate.
Ask any vendor what data they need, where it is stored, and how long a typical integration takes for an operator your size.
Sellrise builds the offer per player and delivers it in seconds from the event, through your own channels, while the player is still on site. A manager approves the send.
Ask how an offer gets from event to player: who picks the bonus, how fast it arrives, and whether it is one offer per cohort or one per player.
Sellrise scores every player: who is ready to deposit now, who is about to leave, and what to offer each of them. Recalculated in real time on every event, no analyst and no exports.
Ask whether segmentation is rule-based lists your team maintains, or a model that scores each player and updates on its own.
Sellrise is a flat subscription by volume: core from $2,500 per month when paid quarterly, up to 10,000 active players, whole team included, no per-seat fee, no share of GGR. Integration and support included.
Ask how pricing scales with your player base and team size, and whether setup or integration is billed separately.
Partly. Both aim at retention, but Sellrise's core is per-player prediction and automatic real-time offers, while Smartico is known for combining CRM automation with gamification. If gamification is what you need first, they are a strong choice for that. If prediction is, Sellrise is built for it.
No. Sellrise is an analytics platform: prediction, real-time offers, traffic quality and call scoring. It does not add loyalty mechanics or tournaments to your product.
Yes. Sellrise works on top of your platform and sends through your own channels by Player ID, so it runs alongside your existing tools rather than replacing them.
On your own players: a control group, your team as it works today, and the model, over one month. The metric is average turnover per player. No percentages are promised before the test.
The honest way to choose is a pilot: a control group, your team as it works today, and the model, measured over one month on your own players.
